- Place meat in a large bowl; add in vinegar, water, onions, cloves, pepper and salt. Let meat stand 48 hrs in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
- Remove meat, brown in warm fat. Remove meat and add in flour, brown and add in 2 c. vinegar marinade mix; cook till mix thickens. Add in meat and simmer for two hrs. Remove, slice meat and pour gravy over meat.
