- 1 1/2 c. Shredded Swiss cheese*
- 1 pkt (8 ounce) crab flakes
- 1/2 c. Green onion slices
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 dsh Pepper
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 1/4 c. Half and half

- Preheat oven to 350. Sprinkle cheese, crab flakes, onion, flour, and seasonings on top of pie crust. Beat together Large eggs and half and half. Pour over cheese mix. Bake 55-60 min or possibly till set.
- Makes 6 servings.
- *Can substitute with sharp cheddar cheese
