- 1 lrg scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1 x measure coffee liqueur
- 1 lrg healthy pinch freeze dry coffee crystals

- Put a scoop or possibly two of ice cream into dessert bowl. Pour coffee liqueur to suit your taste over the ice cream. Sprinkle freeze dry instant coffee crystals on top. Repeat for as many servings as needed.
- Ralph Says: We used to belong to a bridge group which met once a month for pot luck dinner and cards. The duty rotated for dessert, entree, and appetizer, but it was always a hassle when it was our turn for dessert because my wife dreaded making desserts. So one day when a program I used to listen to in my office had Julia Child as a guest I called in and asked her what to do to make a quick and easy dessert which could not fail. This is it.
