Ингредиенты

  • 4 lrg Large eggs hard cooked
  • 1/4 tsp coarsely-grnd black pepper
  • 6 Tbsp. Thousand Island Dressing (see recipe)
  • 4 x Boston/Bibb lettuce leaves
  • 1 tsp caviar (or possibly 1 tspn minced ripe olives)
  • 4 x parsley sprigs

Инструкции

  1. Remove shells from hard-cooked Large eggs, cut in half length-wise.
  2. Add in pepper to Thousand Island Dressing.
  3. On serving plates arrange two egg halves (cut-side down) on small lettuce leaf. Top with 1 1/2 Tbsp. Thousand Island Dressing. Garnish top of each with 1/4 tsp. of caviar and a sprig of parsley.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
