- 1 c. raisins
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- Use 9" ring mold. Mix carrots, dates, water, raisins, butter and salt together in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil 5 min. Cold.
