  • Eggs – the way you like them
  • 1 red onion – sliced
  • 2-3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp. turmeric
  • ¼ tsp. paprika
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • Your favorite bread for the sandwich

  1. In a small saucepan heat the butter with the sliced onions. Add the rest of the ingredients and sauté until the onions are soft.
  2. Prepare the eggs the way you like them and get the toast ready along with a good cup of coffee.
