Ингредиенты

  • 12 x Dry scallops
  • 4 c. Water
  • 1/2 lb Lean pork
  • 1 x Scallion stalk
  • 3 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Инструкции

  1. Place dry scallops and water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil; then simmer, covered, 2 hrs.
  2. Slice pork thin; mince scallion. Beat Large eggs. Add in to pan and stir in well.
  3. Simmer, covered, till done (about 30 min more). Season with salt and serve.
  4. NOTE: The mix should have a mush-like consistency. If it seems to be getting too dry in step 3, add in more water.
