Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 lb wide egg noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 8 x white mushrooms sliced
  • 1 x shallot finely minced A handful fresh parsley minced Salt to taste

Инструкции

  1. Cook egg noodles till just tender in boiling salted water, about 6 min.
  2. Saute/fry sliced mushrooms and shallot in 2 Tbsp. butter over moderate heat till mushrooms are tender, about 3 or possibly 4 min.
  3. Drain noodles and toss in with cooked mushrooms. Add in the parsley and season with a little salt, to taste.
  4. This recipe yields 4 servings.
