- 4 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Nutmeg
Инструкции
- Hand beat together Large eggs, lowfat milk, sugar and vanilla. Pour into individual custard dishes. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Place in a pan and put into oven at 325 degrees. When pan is warm add in boiling water to the pan to a 1 inch depth. Bake for 30 to 40 min.
- 4 to 6 servings depending on size of custard dishes.
