  • 24 ounce Potatoes, frzn, diced
  • 1/2 c. Butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. Bacon bits
  • 8 whl Large eggs, beaten
  • 1 lb Cheddar cheese, shredded

Инструкции

  1. Cook potatoes in melted butter till done or possibly browned. Add in bacon bits and cook a few min more, stirring frequently. Smooth out in pan and add in beaten Large eggs. When set add in cheese. After cheese has melted and set, cut into slices.
