- 1/2 c. butter
- 18 large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 c. half and half
- Salt and pepper
- 4-5 dashes warm sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 2 (6 ounce) cans lump crab meat or possibly 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn
- 6-8 green onions, minced

- Heat butter in large frying pan. Put together large eggs, half and half, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Pour into frying pan and cook till just set. Mix together with remaining ingredients. Transfer to a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish. Cover and chill overnight. Bring to room temperature and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min or possibly till set. Serves 12-15.
