- 1/2 green pepper, minced
- 1/4-1/3 (or possibly more) c. sweet onion, minced
- 1 large ripe tomatoe, minced
- 1 leaf of crispy lettuce, shredded
- seasoning salt (such as beau monde)
- pepper

- Combine all ingredients. In the Summertime, when the tomatoes are very ripe and juicy you may have to drain some of the juice so the salad will not be too runny.
- My grandmother always liked to mix things with cottage cheese. This was one of her best creations.
