- 2 sm Onions and 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1/3 c. Oil
- 1 c. Whole kernel corn
- 1 Tbsp. Each pepper and salt
- 3 tsp Chili pwdr
- 2 can Tomato sauce
- 2 can Pitted ripe olives
- 1 1/3 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Cornmeal
- 2 x Large eggs, beaten
