- 2 Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 16 ounce. can pureed pumpkin
- 12 packets artificial sweetener (equal to 1/2 c. sugar)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cloves
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 ounce. can evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 9 inch unbaked homemade pie crust or possibly frzn pie shell

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine filling ingredients in order given. Pour into pie shell. Bake 15 min. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees and bake an additional 45 min or possibly till knife inserted near center of pie comes out clean. Serves 8.
