- Quick and easy version of a classic.

- Season beef steaks on both sides with the salt and pepper.
- In a shallow dish, beat egg and water till blended. In a second shallow dish combine bread crumbs, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. Dip each steak into egg mix then into coating mix to coat both sides.
- In a 12-inch nonstick skillet, heat 1 Tbsp. oil over medium to medium-high heat till warm. Add in two of the steaks and cook 5-6 min, turning once. Remove to a platter and keep hot. Repeat with the remaining two steaks.
- Sprinkle with minced tomato and parsley.
