Ингредиенты

1 (9 inch) pastry shell (I use a deep dish shell partially baked) 1 c. cooked sausage 1 c. Cheddar cheese 3 Large eggs

1 1/2 c. Half and Half or possibly lowfat milk (I use Half and Half) 1/2 teaspoon salt Dash of pepper 1/8 teaspoon basil

1. (Can use bacon and Swiss cheese for bacon quiche).
2. Sprinkle ham and cheese in crust - beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, seasonings till mixed. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 or possibly 40 min till set.
