Easy Prep Orange Lemon Cake

Use cake mix and jello for this bright colored cake.

Ингредиенты

  • 1 box lemon or orange cake
  • 3.4 box lemon or orange jello
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2/3 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • icing:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 2-4 tsp. lemon or orange juice

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Mix cake ingredients together and pour into a greased/floured bundt pan.
  3. Bake 40 minutes and begin toothpick test for doneness.
  4. Place on a rack and let cool completely.
  5. Invert onto a platter, mix the icing ingredients together and drizzle on top.
