- Place fruit in 9-inch square baking dish. Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 4 to 8 min, or possibly till defrosted, stirring once. Let stand for 5 - 10 min. Drain.
- Stir in raisins, juice and spice. Spread proportionately over bottom of dish. Set aside.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, flour, brown sugar and nuts. Cut in margarine to create coarse crumbs. Spread over fruit mix. Microwave at high for 6 to 10 min, or possibly till peaches are tender and mix bubbles around edges. Serve hot with honey yogurt topping.
- NOTES : here is an easy fruit crisp which could be made with a biscuit mix instead of the flour and any fruit; and lowfat cream cheese instead of margarine.
- The topping is a homemade yogurt - but could be reproduced or possibly used vanilla pudding.
