- 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 c. Whipping cream
- 1/8 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1 c. Shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkt (19 ounce) frzn cheese tortellini

- In a saucepan, heat butter over medium-low heat. Add in cream and nutmeg; heat through but don't boil. Stir in Parmesan cheese till melted. Cook tortellini according to package directions; drain. Transfer to a large serving bowl. Add in the cheese sauce and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
