Easy Mexican Goulash

Ингредиенты

2 pound hamburger
1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce

1 jar picante or possibly salsa dip, mild or possibly other (chunky brand)
2 c. macaroni

Boil macaroni and drain off water. Cook hamburger till done; drain off grease. Add in all ingredients and simmer as you long as you like.
