4 small avocados, peeled and mashed 1 can Mexican Rotel, liquid removed 8 ounce. lowfat sour cream 1 small red onion, minced

1 teaspoon garlic pwdr (or possibly to taste) 1 teaspoon cumin pwdr (or possibly to taste) salt, to taste juice of one lime
