Ингредиенты

1 3/4 c. flour 3 teaspoon baking pwdr 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 tbsp. sugar

2 lg. Large eggs 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk 4 tbsp. melted butter

Инструкции

1. Sift dry ingredients. Add in egg yolks, lowfat milk and shortening. Beat thoroughly. Mix in stiffly beaten egg whites.
