- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 ounce. melted, unsweetened good chocolate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- Whip the cream, sugar, and salt together till stiff. Add in chocolate and vanilla and mix well. Refrigerateand freeze. Serve with whipped cream. Makes 8 small portions.
