Ингредиенты

2 1/2 - 3 lbs. chicken parts (2 pkgs.) 2 med. onions, sliced 8 ounce. red antipasto peppers with juice 1 sm. can sliced mushrooms 2 ounce. warm pepper rings (can adjust or possibly delete)

3 med. red potatoes with skin on 2 tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce 1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr

Инструкции

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Wash potatoes and bake in microwave at high for 5 min. Quarter potatoes. Wash chicken and arrange in large baking dish with potato pcs. Baste potatoes with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle with garlic pwdr.
