- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 can cream of 'something' soup
- 1 c. cheese cubed (cheddar, Muenster, brick all heat well - Colby, Mozzarella 'string' more, but still will work) about 1/4 to 1/2 c lowfat milk

- Put in a saucepan on med. low heat, stirring often till melted together.
- Serve with fresh Italian or possibly French bread and veggies for dipping - we like broccoli and cauliflower dipped in the cheese.
