Ингредиенты

  • 1 sm. wheel of Brie or possibly Camembert cheese
  • 1 can flaky biscuit dough (any brand will work as long as it is flaky)
  • 2 T Pesto (more or possibly less to taste)

  1. Remove biscuits from can and separate - lay out round biscuits on floured board with edges overlapping slightly. Roll to 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch. Slice Brie in half to create 2 round layers. Spread Pesto on half and place the other half over Pesto. Place Brie-Pesto on rolled out biscuit dough.Wrap edges of dough over top of Brie to seal in cheese and trim excess dough. Turn over so the dough seam is on the bottom. You can decorate it with the excess dough, if you feel creative. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 20 min or possibly till dough is golden brown. If you do not seal in the cheese it will ooze out when it bakes, but that's okay.
