Ингредиенты

  • 4 med boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 4 lrg potatoes unpeeled
  • 1 lrg green pepper 1" pcs
  • 1 lrg onion sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. diet margarine melted, Fleischman's
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic pwdr
  • 1 tsp paprika

Инструкции

  1. Cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes. Spray jelly roll pan with Pam.
  2. Place 1 chicken breast half in each corner. Place potatoes, pepper & onion in center. Pour melted margarine over chicken & veggies.
  3. Sprinkle proportionately with combine cheese, garlic pwdr & paprika.
  4. Bake 400 F for 45 min or possibly till chicken & potatoes are done.
