Easy Alfredo Sauce

You can easily add chicken, turkey sausage or shrimp to make this into a delicious entree.

Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk (12 ounce. can)
  • 1 can (10 1/2 ounce.) ready to serve chicken broth
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • Pepper to taste

Инструкции

  1. Gradually blend lowfat milk into flour until smooth using a whisk.
  2. Add in broth.
  3. Cook over medium heat, until warm and thick.
  4. Stir in cheese and pepper.
  5. Serve over warm pasta.
