- 1 stick (1/2 c.) melted butter 1 (6 ounce) pkg. chocolate chips
- 1 c. minced nuts
- 1 (16 ounce) pkg. powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 (8 ounce) pkg. softened cream cheese

- Mix dry cake mix, egg, and butter and press into buttered 13 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Top with chocolate chips and nuts. Mix powdered sugar, large eggs, and cream cheese and pour over cake mix base.Bake at 350 degrees till bubbly and golden brown, about 30 min.
