Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. flour
  • 3 c. duck and chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 c. grated cheese
  • 1 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 head cooked broccoli
  • 2 ducks and 1 chicken, deboned
  • 12 crepes
  • Salt and pepper

Инструкции

  1. Over medium heat, heat butter in a small saucepan. Stir in flour and cook till bubbly. Add in broth, lowfat milk, and Worcestershire sauce; stir till thickened. Add in 2 c. cheese.
  2. Empty lowfat sour cream into medium bowl; gradually add in warm cheese sauce, stirring constantly. In large shallow baking dish, place cooked broccoli and cooked meat on each crepe. Spoon 1 Tbsp. sauce over each. Fold crepes over.
  3. Pour remaining sauce over all. Sprinkle with remaining c. of cheese. Cover and heat in 350 degree oven for 20-30 min.
