- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Shortening
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 6 Tbsp. Lowfat milk
- 2 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Oleo melted
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Sugar Oleo melted Sugar Cinnamon
Инструкции
- Cream shortening and sugar till light and fluffy. Add in unbeaten Large eggs, beat thoroughly. Combine flour, baking pwdr, salt, and nutmeg and add in to first mix alternately with lowfat milk. Drop batter into well-greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 min. Remove from pans.
- While still hot dip into melted oleo and roll in cinnamon and sugar.
