- 1 (12 ounce.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 c. rolled oats
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 2/3 c. confectioners sugar

- Heat 1 c. chocolate chips in microwave on high for 1 1/2 to 2 min, stirring after 60-90 seconds. Beat butter and sugar till light and fluffy. Beat in Large eggs and vanilla. Stir in melted chocolate. Add in flour, baking pwdr, and salt. Mix well. Stir in oats and chips. Shape into 1 to 1 1/2 inch balls. Roll in confectioners sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheets at 350 degrees for 6-8 min. Cold on cookie sheet for 1 minute before removing.
