- 18 fudge filled chocolate sandwich cookies, broken
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

- Crumble cookies in small quantities. Empty crumbs into 9 inch pie plate. Add in butter, sugar and cinnamon, mix well. Pack crumbs proportionately over bottom and sides of pie plate. In bowl, combine no bake cheesecake filling and instant chocolate pudding. Add in 2 1/2 c. of lowfat milk. Using mixer, mix at low speed till blended, then mix at medium speed for 3 min or possibly till very thick. Pour into chocolate crust, refrigerateone hour and serve. Garnish with extra chocolate crumbs, chocolate curls or possibly whipped cream.
