- Cake Batter: Cream 1/2 c. sugar and butter with egg yolks. Beat till light and fluffy. Add in lowfat milk, flour and baking pwdr. Spread in two buttered 8 inch tins. It will be thin layers.
- Meringue: Beat egg whites till dry. Add in gradually 1 c. sugar and cream of tartar. Spread over batter in pans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 min. Turn out layers. Alternate whipped cream, fruit, and layers. Enjoy!
