Ингредиенты
- slices of cool cooked meat oil Batter
- 2 c. self raising flour
- 1 pch salt
- 1 x egg lowfat milk
Инструкции
- Place flour, egg and salt in a bowl. Mix well slowly adding a little lowfat milk till you have a smooth batter.
- Heat oil in saucepan or possibly camp oven.
- Dip half inch slices of cool meat into the batter and then drop them into the warm oil.
- Once cooked and brown take out and place on a piece of paper to drain excess oil.
- Tip
- Any type of meat can be used including tinned cooked meat.
