Ингредиенты

1 lb Grnd beef
1 x Onions, coarsely minced (up to 2)
1 tsp Garlic pwdr (up to 2)
1 x Green peppers, cut into large chunks* (up to 2)
1 can (large) (28 ounce.) whole tomatoes
1 lb Cooked shell macaroni

Инструкции

In a large saucepan or possibly Dutch oven, brown grnd beef with onions, green peppers and garlic pwdr. Drain fat. Return to pan. Add in tomatoes, with their juice and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer covered for 45 min to an hour. Stir in cooked shells. Heat through. Serve piping warm with grated parmesan cheese.
* I am not a green pepper fan and this is the only dish which has green peppers in it which I'll eat. Childhood eating experiences do weird things to one's adult palate, do not they
