Those darn coffee shops. They make such delicious concoctions. I am a sucker for sweet and delicious coffee drinks. Remember, I told you I wasn’t a coffee snob. I just enjoy fancy coffee drinks.

What actually made me think about this dirty drink was a loaded coffee drink I had at a tropical bar in our town. It was a Coffee Diablo. that was mixed with cloves, spices and rum. Yes, rum.

I decided to take some quiet time to myself and create a coffee drink, sans the rum. What I discovered instead, was this…
