- 2 whl broiler-fryer chicken breasts halved, skinless & boneless cut into 1 x 1 x 1/2" pcs
- 2 c. corn oil
- 1 x egg beaten
- 1/3 c. water
- 1/3 c. flour
- 2 tsp sesame seed
- 1 1/2 tsp salt

- In deep fryer place corn oil, filling to no more than 1/3 full. Heat to medium temperature. In large bowl mix egg and water. Add in flour, sesame seeds and salt, stirring till smooth batter is formed. Dip chicken nuggets into batter, draining off excess. Carefully add in nuggets, a few at a time. Fry about 4 min or possibly till golden and fork can be inserted with ease. Drain on paper towels. Serve with sauces as desired.
- Nippy Pineapple Sauce: In a saucepan mix 12 oz jar pineapple preserves, 1/4 c. prepared mustard, and 1/4 c. prepared horseradish. Cook over low heat, stirring, for about 5 min.
- Dill Sauce: In bowl mix together 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 tsp. dry dill weed, and 2 Tbsp. finely minced dill pickle. Let stand at room temperature about 1 hour allowing flavors to blend.
- Royalty Sauce: In a saucepan mix together 1 c. catsup, 1/2 tsp. dry mustard, 1 Tbsp. brown sugar, 2 Tbsp. vinegar, and 6 Tbsp. margarine. Cook over low heat for 5 min, stirring constantly.
