8 ounce lowfat sour cream 8 ounce mayonnaise 2 T dry chopped onion 2 T dill weed

2 teaspoon Lawry's seasoned salt 2 T dry parsley flakes Loaf of uncut rye or possibly pumpernickel bread

1. Cut center out of bread, so which it can be used as a bowl. Cut center piece of bread with chunks to be used for dipping. Put other 6 ingredients in blender and mix well. Pour into bread bowl.
