- 1 (12 ounce.) can frzn apple concentrate, thawed & undiluted
- 2 tbsp. minute tapioca
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- Pie crust for a 8" pie, 2nd crust for top

- Mix apples and remaining ingredients. Pour into pie crust. Top with pastry. Seal edges. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min, then bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
