Ингредиенты
- 1/4 lb sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 clv garlic
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 c. low sodium beef broth
- 1/4 tsp salt and pepper, (combined)
- 2 x green onions, minced
Инструкции
- Add in all ingredients except cornstarch and broth to a microwaveable bowl.
- In a small bowl mix cornstarch and broth till well combined.
- Pour over vegetable mix.
- Cover and microwave on high for 3 min, stir.
- Microwave another 3 min or possibly till mushrooms are tender and sauce is transparent.
- Use as a topping for meat, chicken or possibly even potatoes.
- Makes 2 servings.
- Exchanges...1/2 lean meat...1 veggie...1/2 fat.
