Tried this over the weekend and the pie was way past wonderful.
However, I believe the cooking temp is a typo - please let me know (maybe 400 rather than 300??). We ended up having to cook the pie for way, way over 45 minutes and finally put the oven on 450 for 20 more minutes and it was great (and pretty).

- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 well beaten Large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- Berries (unsweetened) to fill level with top of shell
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 1/2 c. heavy cream

- Mix flour, Large eggs, salt, sugar and cream together. Pour mix over berries; allow to settle. Mix 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 c. sugar and 1/4 c. butter. Mix should be crumbly. Spread over top of pie. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 min.
