Рецепт Delicious Pork
Just a heads up.....I'm really bad for measuring ingredients. I change up the amounts dependent on the size and number of pork chops. Some times they are smaller and thinner and some times they are nice and thick........
I always play around and taste taste taste..............

- Heat about 2 tbsps of olive oil in a deep fry pan
- Season both sides of the four chops
- Place all chops in hot pan - do not turn until completely brown on first side
- Turn and brown opposite side
- Remove chops from pan - place on plate
- In pan add chopped onions and apple slices - brown
- Add apple juice - enough to cover all the onions and apples
- Sprinkle cinnamon (this amount I leave to you)
- Place four chops back in pan
- Cover and let simmer for 20 mins
- Remove lid to evaporate extra liquids (about 10-15 mins)
- Serve
