Ингредиенты

  • 3 cans black-eye peas
  • 1 pkg. smoked sausage
  • 1 pound can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 1 c. bell pepper
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic salt

Инструкции

  1. Saute/fry onion, pepper, stewed tomatoes and seasonings in skillet with butter. Cut up sausage into small pcs. Mix peas with all the ingredients. Season to taste. Simmer 20 min.
