- 1/2 bell pepper, cut up
- 1 quart. tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans
- 2 tbsp. Lea and Perrin Worcestershire sauce
- Dash of warm sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking wine to taste
