Ингредиенты

6 chicken breasts (or possibly parts of choice) 2 tbsp. butter 2 sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2 inch chunks

1 sm. can thawed orange juice concentrate 6 sm. white onions, skinned

Инструкции

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash chicken and dry with paper towel. Smear bottom of roasting pan with butter. Add in chicken and sweet potatoes. Bake uncovered 15 min.
2. Add in onions, pour orange juice concentrate over top. Cover with lid or possibly foil and bake another 40 min.
