Ингредиенты

Halibut fillets, sliced in thin, sm. chunks Krusteaz (or possibly any complete buttermilk pancake mix)

Beer (any good brand) Potato flakes (instant mashed potatoes)

Инструкции

1. Mix krusteaz and beer together to make a thin batter. Season to taste. Dip halibut chunks in batter, then into potato flakes, coating well. Deep fry till golden.
