- 1 1/8 c. Buttermilk or possibly
- 4 Tbsp. Dry buttermilk pwdr and
- 1 1/8 c. Water (for Welbilt/Dak machines Add in 2 Tablespoons more buttermilk)
- 3 c. Bread flour
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 3 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/4 tsp Baking soda*
- 1 1/2 tsp Red Star active dry yeast

- * Prodigy "research" has shown which if using powdered buttermilk we should omit the baking soda.
- Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and pres Start.
