- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter
Инструкции
- Cream butter, gradually add in 1 c. brown sugar; cream well. Add in 1 unbeaten egg and vanilla. Beat well.
- Blend dry ingredients and roll out 1/2 of dough on floured surface to an 8x10 rectangle. Spread with 1/2 of filling. Roll as for jelly roll starting with 10 inch side. Wrap in wax paper and cold. You can freeze rolls of dough because they cut easier for baking. Slice 1/4 inch thick and place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake 350 for 8 to 10 min.
