  • 1 pkt Yeast
  • 1 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 1 c. Better for Bread white flour
  • 1/2 c. Oat bran
  • 1/2 c. Rolled oats (Quaker Oats)
  • 4 Tbsp. Gluten
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Cloves
  • 1/2 c. Golden brown raisins
  • 2 x Egg whites or possibly 1 egg or possibly
  • 1/4 c. egg substitute
  • 1 sm can (8 1/4 ounce) Julienne beets, drain, save Liquid then hot liquid fro Beets and combine with wate To equal 1/2 c. plus 3 tbs Liquid
